The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

J.E. Harnett, rider of Rappell, trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the starting stalls.
398C Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) H'capThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final furlong involving Treasure Rose, ridden by B.M. Coen, Thenandnow, ridden by S. Foley and Girl Bear, ridden by W.J. Lee, where it appeared Girl Bear had to take a check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. B.M. Coen stated that his filly changed legs and moved fractionally over to the right which he immediately corrected. S. Foley stated that his filly changed legs and went ever so slightly left which he corrected. W.J. Lee stated that he took a precautionary check as it became tight for room from both sides. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied no further action was warranted.
S. Foley, rider of Thenandnow, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount changed legs late on.
W.J. Lee, rider of Girl Bear, trained by Jack Foley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to snatch his mount up inside the last furlong.
C.D. Hayes, rider of Spirit Of Eagles, trained by Thomas Dowling, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got no run.
398D Racing Again July 8th (Fillies) H'capThe Raceday Stewards fined Patrick J.Flynn, trainer €65 for failing to fit the correct headgear to Carrigans Grove prior to entering the parade ring.
S. Foley, rider of Bear Right, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was denied a clear run.
398F Early Bird Winters Festival Tickets HcapD.P. McDonogh, rider of Pure Valour, trained by J.G.Coogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered after a furlong and a half. He further added that his mount lost its action in the home straight. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
C.D. Hayes, rider of Rushford (GB), trained by Thomas R. Hughes, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran too keen.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Pure Valour, trained by J.G.Coogan, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Pete's Dream trained by Andrew Slattery was found to have blood at both nostrils post race.
